Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- In resalable condition
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms and bras (including sports bras and swim tops) must be tried on over underwear and can only be returned if the hygiene liner is intact and undisturbed. Once the hygiene liner is removed or damaged, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please securely package the item(s) including:
- The original product packaging
- All tags and labels
- The original invoice or packing slip
- Your RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our warehouse.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color:
- Follow the return process above to return the original item
- Once we process your return, we’ll notify you
- Place a new order for the desired item on our website
For fastest service, we recommend placing your new order immediately rather than waiting for the return processing, especially for popular items that may sell out.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Swimwear bottoms with removed or damaged hygiene liners
- Bras and sports bras with removed or damaged hygiene liners
- Swim tops with removed or damaged hygiene liners
- Final sale items (will be marked as such on product page)
