At Satorisan Swimwear, we strive to get your stylish swimwear and active apparel to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
    • Cost: Free
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within a 15-day window.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • In resalable condition.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ Important Hygiene Note

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or we sent the wrong item, and only if the protective hygiene liner is intact and completely undisturbed:

  • Swimwear Bottoms
  • Swimsuit Bottoms
  • Bras & Sports Bras
  • Swim Tops

If the hygiene liner has been removed or damaged, the item is no longer eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject Line: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body of Email: Include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return (including size/color), and the reason for return.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s), including:

  • The original product packaging, tags, and labels.
  • The original invoice or packing slip.
  • Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipment until it arrives at our warehouse.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchanges for Size or Color

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to:

  1. Follow the return process above to send back the original item.
  2. Place a new order on our website for the desired item.
